Definitions: “Company,” “We,” “Our,” “Us” refers to Global Filipino Business Hub (GFBH), the provider of the GFBH WebPOS system. “User,” “You,” “Your” refers to the business owner, staff, or authorized representative using GFBH WebPOS. "Service” refers to the WebPOS software, web platform, and related features provided by GFBH. “Subscription Plan” refers to the chosen pricing tier for access to GFBH WebPOS, including the Starter, Professional, and Enterprise options. 2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to represent a business to use GFBH WebPOS. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. 3. Use of Service: GFBH WebPOS may only be used for lawful business transactions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized sharing of accounts is prohibited. Accounts may auto-lock if shared without authorization. Users must comply with all applicable local laws, including tax regulations, consumer protection, and labor laws. 4. Subscription & Payment: GFBH WebPOS operates on a subscription basis (monthly or annual, depending on your chosen plan). Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law. Subscription renewals will be automatic unless canceled prior to the renewal date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for late or failed payments. 5. Features & Limitations: Features may vary depending on your selected plan: *Starter Plan: Core POS features for small businesses. *Professional Plan: Includes all POS features plus Human Resource Management (HRM) tools for managing employees, payroll, scheduling, and performance. We strive to maintain system uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Some features may require third-party integration, or specific hardware compatibility. 6. Data Ownership & Privacy: All sales and business data entered by you remains your property. By using GFBH WebPOS, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and analyze your data for service delivery. We will not sell your data to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected. 7. Responsibilities of Users: Ensure accuracy of sales, inventory, HRM, and financial data entered into the system. Comply with local government requirements such as tax filings, invoicing formats, and business permits. Inform your staff of proper system use to prevent errors or misuse. 8. Remote Access for OFWs: OFWs may access their business dashboards from abroad. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with cross-border data regulations in their respective countries. 9. Support & Maintenance: Standard support is available via email, chat, or phone during business hours. Certain support services may be exclusive to higher-tier plans. Scheduled maintenance or upgrades may temporarily affect system access. 10. Termination & Suspension: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the system. 11. Limitation of Liability: GFBH WebPOS is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, sales, or data. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the last 1 months service. 12. Modifications to Terms: GFBH reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur. 14.
